AMWC2025 Team Structure

Team Components:

1. Leading Team: At the helm of AMWC2025, the Leading Team provides overall direction, vision, and leadership for the congress. They are responsible for key decision-making and ensuring the alignment of all activities with the congress’s goals.
2. Scientific Committee: Composed of distinguished experts in various medical fields, the Scientific Committee oversees the academic content of the congress. They review submissions, curate the program, and ensure the scientific integrity and relevance of all presentations and discussions.
3. Advisory Committee: This committee brings together experienced professionals who provide strategic guidance and insights. They help align the congress with current trends and future directions in healthcare, particularly in the Armenian context.
4. Organizing Committee: Responsible for the logistical and operational aspects of the congress, the Organizing Committee works tirelessly to ensure smooth execution of the event, from venue management to participant coordination.
5. Project Evaluation Committee:  A panel of independent experts in business strategy and finance which will rigorously evaluate all submitted projects, ensuring an objective and comprehensive assessment. They assess the feasibility, impact, and relevance of proposed initiatives aimed at improving healthcare in Armenia.

This structure allows AMWC2025 to leverage a diverse range of expertise, ensuring a congress that is scientifically rigorous, strategically aligned with healthcare needs, and efficiently organized. The collaborative nature of our team structure, particularly in the Project Evaluation Committee, enables us to thoroughly assess and support initiatives that have the potential to significantly impact healthcare in Armenia.
