To request cancellations or changes, please submit a written request to registration@amwc2025.com. Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
From now until 1 October 2024: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee for cancelled registrations.
Between 2 October 2024 to 1 March 2025: Partial refund (50%) for cancelled registrations.
From 2 March 2025: No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations.
All cancellations eligible for a refund will incur a 10% administration fee. Refunds will be processed within six weeks.
