* For verification purposes residents and students are required to attach a letter/statement from their department/university confirming their status
** Developing countries are those defined as Emerging Market and Developing Economies by the International Monetary Fund.
*** If there are registering two or more family members as Professionals/non-professionals from Developing Countries, 50% discount is applied for the second member who must attach relevant document during his/her registration.

To request cancellations or changes, please submit a written request to info@amwc2025.com. Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
From now until 1 January 2025: Full refund minus a 12% administration fee for cancelled registrations.
Between 2 January 2025 to 1 June 2025: Partial refund (50%) for cancelled registrations.
From 2 June 2025: No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations.
If the cancellation is due to visa rejection, please, contact us info@amwc2025.org.
All cancellations eligible for a refund will incur a 12% administration fee. Refunds will be processed within six weeks.
