Young Investigator’s Award: Fostering the Next Generation
We are particularly excited to highlight that around 40 of the accepted abstracts qualify for our prestigious Young Investigator’s Award. This award was established to recognize and support emerging talent in medical research and healthcare innovation.
Eligibility Criteria
The key eligibility requirement for the Young Investigator’s Award is straightforward: the first author of the abstract must be under 40 years of age. This criterion ensures we’re specifically supporting early-career researchers who represent the future of medical advancement.
These young investigators will present their work during dedicated sessions at the congress, where a committee of distinguished experts will evaluate their research based on innovation, methodology, potential impact, and presentation quality.
Supporting Tomorrow’s Medical Leaders: Fundraising Initiative
To ensure we can properly recognize and support these promising young researchers, we have launched a fundraising campaign specifically for the Young Investigator’s Award. Your contributions will directly support:
- Monetary prizes for award winners
- Travel grants to help young researchers attend the congress
- Opportunities for publication and wider dissemination of winning research
- Mentorship connections with established leaders in the field
We believe investing in young medical researchers is crucial for advancing healthcare innovation globally and particularly for Armenia’s healthcare system.
